Erin Benner

Erin BennerErin Benner, LCSW, has a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern Maine, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont. Erin works with adults who have a desire to expand their lives and to find, or help foster, their true selves. This is an evidence-based treatment that teaches concrete skills to help people learn to regulate their emotions, tolerate distress, interact in effective and healthy ways with others, and be more mindful in their daily living. She enjoys playing the guitar and camping with family and friends on summer weekends.
